Add photos

This feature allows users to add any JPG photo image. Our software automatically resizes photos and inserts the images into the portfolio. Users don't have to worry about editing and sizing photos. Just click on a photo file and it is added.

DigitallyU reduces the file size without any noticeable degradation so your media looks good and loads faster when broadcast via the Web. Users may accompany photos with reflective essays, or captions thereby maximizing communication.

Add photos + mp3 sound

This feature allows portfolio builders to add any JPG image accompanied by an mp3 sound narrative. This is for users who want to accompany a photo with a rich audio explanation or sound effect.

Add slideshows

This feature allows users to incorporate video into their DigitallyU portfolio. Users capture their video using a digital video camera. Video can be loaded into our software and prepared for play within the portfolio.

Video of award presentations, accomplishments, career milestones, and experiences can all be broadcast in a multimedia extravaganza about you.

Add video

This feature allows users to incorporate video into their portfolios. Users capture their video using a digital video camera. After the video is captured and exported into a media file, portfolio builders encode it so it is ready for play within the portfolio.

Add documents

This feature allows users to incorporate Word or PDF documents into their portfolio. This is particularly useful for records, transcripts or letters of recommendation.

Users can also add multiple documents throughout the portfolio, or any combination of documents, video, slideshows, photos, and audio.

Preview presentation or Web site

This feature allows portfolio builders to preview what their Web site or presentation looks like.

Users can choose from twenty dynamic templates to give their Web site or presentation a unique look-and-feel.

Export portfolio

This feature allows users to place all their multimedia portfolio content into a single, Web-ready folder.

Once the content is auto-loaded into the targeted Web folder, the portfolio is ready to be published on the Web or presented face-to-face.

Much like burning a CD, once the items are grouped together just one more click creates the finished product.

Publish portfolio

This feature allows portfolio builders to launch their portfolio folder to the Web. One click on the 'Publish' button opens both the digital portfolio folder and the Web destination.

Users can also use any secure Web site launching program by simply dragging their portfolio folder into the target Web folder.
